Once a product from The Wise Journey collection is published, printed, or delivered (physically or digitally), all sales are final and non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Andrea Blakesberg Photography. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

 

Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

If we experience a high volume of orders or during busy production times (such as holidays or exhibit launches), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates vary depending on the item:

    •    Photo Book  Products: 7–14 business days

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking will be active within 24 hours.

 

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the item ordered.

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.
